Prior repairs failed soon after repairing the slab. We investigated the root cause of cracking and spalling by performing load deflection testing, coring, and performing concrete microscopy.

Repair of the Slab

After performing visual inspections, we monitored the contractor’s work of epoxy injections in the slab cracks.
