Repairing the Water Leak

We performed detailed investigation which included testing coating system, concrete slab moisture levels, water entering through garage walls, and load testing of structural slab in the garage.

We provided repair recommendation, drawings, specifications and quality assurance for the repair project.

Concrete Science, Inc. addressed waterproofing failures and structural cracks at the HOA’s high-rise in Oakland by conducting moisture testing, coating analysis, and load testing of garage slabs.
