The services included a condition survey to get broader overview of the distress, identify, and quantify the distress locations.
Load Testing
Deterioration was observed in beams, walls, columns, and slabs. We performed nondestructive Schmidt (Rebound) Hammer tests to estimate concrete strength, nondestructive pulse velocity and impact echo tests to locate internal flaws such as delamination, voids, or significant honeycomb . Non destructive GPR scanning was performed to locate structural reinforcement. Chemical and microscopic analysis was performed.
